User Count Reductions -- What You Need To Know

When reducing the user count on a U2 license, that license must be reauthorised at the
lower count within 30 days of the reduction.

The U2BC system now automatically sends an email notification on the first of each month for all serial numbers that are authorised for more users than allowed.

If a serial number remains out of compliance beyond 30 days, a compliance hold may be placed on your account in U2BC.

Any transaction done in U2BC when a hold is in place will go into a pending status and will not be released until the hold
