Preparing for the Challenges and Opportunities of 2010

"January was a busy month for the Rocket U2 team. First, we welcomed the UK staff to Rocket Software at the beginning of the month, and we're all happy to be working together as part of a single, more agile organization. Then the management team held planning sessions and created a list of goals for 2010, near the top of which is to provide new content for our DeveloperZone site. The plan includes recording and posting some "how-to" sessions, covering the basics of installing and configuring the products, as well as introductions to using advanced features such as Web services and Automated Data Encryption. We'll be sure to include updates throughout the year.

The other major activity of the month was our worldwide sales kickoff meeting. Rocket U2 sales reps and systems engineers gathered to hear the plans for the next 12 months and to create a strategy for achieving our goals. We feel prepared for the challenges and opportunities 2010 will present, and we're happy to have you with us during this exciting time!"

Sincerely,

Susie Siegesmund, Vice President and General Manager, Rocket U2
